How to check student balance? Parents can go to set up an online account at no charge. Tutorial videos can be found on the Family Portal website. If you have not yet had an account, you will need to create a new account on FamilyPortal.cloud. All account information will migrate over to FamilyPortal.cloud. If you previously had an account set up on, please create a new account using the same email address. Please put your child’s name on bottom of check.
